Vineyard @ HortPark

HortPark, one of the coolest park in Singapore, has attracted quite a lot of locals and tourists for its beautiful bridges and the lush greenery.

Unknown to quite a few, there is a restaurant housed at the entrance of HortPark.

There are both indoor and outdoor seatings. Would recommend indoor due to the warm weather these days.

Great to know they are serving free flow of ice water to all diners. Especially important in such a tropical weather.

After ordering, diners are served some of their freshly baked bread.

Braised Burgundy Escargot with Garlic Herb Butter (S$15). Nothing could go wrong with crushed garlic, butter and escargot. Mop up the butter sauce with the crispy toast.

Creamy Roasted Butternut Pumpkin Soup (S$10)

Fans of seafood soup will enjoy this Provencal Seafood Bouillabaisse with Saffron Aioli and Garlic Croutons (S$14). Rich flavours.

One of the signature dish here is their Oven Roasted Wild Snapper with Seasonal Vegetables, Lemon Caper Noisette (S$28). Fish was boneless, fresh and tender.

Vineyard also did a great job with their Braised Lamb Shank in Shiraz Jus, Seasonal Vegetables and Potato Mousseline (S$26). Lamb was fork tender + juicy.

Ended our brunch with a Warm Lemon Lava Cake, Chantilly Cream, Sesame Tuile (S$12). Instead of chocolate, you get a tangy lemon sauce flowing out from the lava cake. Try it!
