Majestic Bay Seafood Restaurant @ Gardens by the Bay

For those looking for a decent Chinese restaurant when visiting Gardens By The Bay, do check out this brand new Majestic Bay Seafood Restaurant. It's located within the Flower Dome, right next to Pollen.

As you would have guess it, this restaurant is the sister restaurant to the original Majestic Restaurant at the Majestic Hotel along Chinatown area.

They serve Dim Sum duiring lunch time, and one of the most popular and unique item here must be the Crab Meat Buns (S$4.50). I find this very value for money because they use real crab meat and chilli crab sauce inside each of these pan fried bun.

In comparison, the Mango Glutinous Rice (S$4.50) wasn't as good as we expected.

Faring better was their Xiao Long Bao (S$4.20).

Ordered 2 glasses of their inhouse Herbal Tea (S$4 per glass)

No visit to a seafood restaurant is complete without trying the Signature Chilli Crab (S$78.40 for 1.4kg). We enjoyed the sauce a lot as it wasn't too spicy. The difference here is that there is a stronger coriander taste to it. Crab meat was sweet and fleshy.

Fried Buns (S$2.80) - Not sure if the buns were really fried, but they went well with the chilli crab sauce.

We also enjoyed their Soup Dumplings (S$6.80). It's one huge dumpling in a sweet and savoury soup.

Canadian Oysters with Garlic Vermiceli (S$14). The oysters served here were fresh.

We like the colour of the menu - Tiffany blue.
