An unwell person requires lot's of nourishing double boiled soup. So the double boiled ginseng and chicken soup helps to increase the strength and energy within the body.

To accompany white rice, we had freshly peeled crab meat fried with omelette. This off the menu dish had lot's of fresh and sweet crab meat.

Black fungus and sliced boneless fresh fish steamed with superior soya sauce. As usual, the fish was very fresh. And being lazy, we requested the kitchen to give us fish slices instead so that it will be easier for us to eat.

Ended lunch with freshly squeezed fresh fruit juice. Main fruits are carrot, lemon and orange juice.
