Goto Japanese Restaurant @ Ann Siang Road

Happy Lunar New Year to all!

Goto Japanese Restaurant, the premiere restaurant for Japanese cuisines, attracts many VVIPs and politicians for its seasonal and tasty dishes.

According to TimeOut Singapore website:

"Goto Hisao, the former chef to the Japanese ambassador to Singapore, has opened a kaiseki-only restaurant in the space formerly occupied by Wacha.

Reservations should be made three days in advance and special dietary requests should be made at least one week ahead. "

It's not difficult to see why this restaurant is popular with the VIPs with privacy while dining, even in the open area. Deputy Prime Minister Teo was spotted there at Goto!

The black sauce here is actually our very own Coconut sugar (Gula Melaka).
