Prego @ Fairmont Hotel


Prego has been serving pastas and pizzas in Raffles City since this place opened, from the former Westin Hotel till the current Fairmont hotel.

Prego sports a very inviting entrance, and the whole place reminded us of an Italian gourmet market.

Started off with a delicious rosemary roll, and it comes with pesto dip and creamy french butter. For tonight, we had 2 sets of their set dinner. (S$60 per person)

First up was this Spanish Salad with Red Onions, Pine Nuts and Strawberry.

For the other set, we had the Lobster Salad with Yellow and Green Zucchini

For pasta, we had the Tagliolini with Artichokes, Pork Guanciale and Pecorino Cheese. It was really rich and sinful, but delicioius.

We also enjoyed the Rabbit Ravioli "Scafata" Traditional Umbrian Fava Bean Stew

Dessert for both was the Meringue Crostata with Fresh Mango, Passion Curd and Strawberry Gelato.
