Hog's Breath Café @ Chijmes

It is widely agreed that humans evolved from monkeys. And since we originated from monkeys, our diet should be that of a herbivore.

Unfortunately, I find myself related more to a carnivore than a herbivore or omnivore. And today is the day I have the desire to eat a cow steak.



Soup of the day - Can't remember what it was, but I believe it was Clam Chowder or something.



Blackened Prime Rib Steak - According to their menu, their prime ribe steak is seared with their own Hog’s Breath Blackened seasoning giving a light Cajun flavour. It sure is their signature steak as the cajun powder flavour was good enough for the tender juicy medium rare steak.



Dessert of the day - Brownie with ice-cream. Ok lah.

Hog's Breath is strictly for their prime ribs steak. That's all.
